And it was just, you just ate it. I mean, in college we tried to put, in college we tried to put vodka. We tried that.

I see these videos that, I guess they're TikToks, but you know, I see them on Instagram. Yeah.

You could do better. Don't. I guess we went through some trashy ass liquors and shit. I mean, you used to drink that Mad Dog. Oh man, Mad Dog. You used to have that. I used to drink Steel Reserves. Oh, the Steel Reserves. I mean, I used to drink those like they were great. Ice House.

So she's still like, you know, like, don't you drink, come home, you know, blah, blah, blah. So at one point in the night, you know, I tried some bullshit, like calling her and be like, hey, you know, somebody's blocking us in so we can't leave. She's like, I'll come pick you up. I'm like, no, no. Oh, look, they just moved. You know, we were trying to stay so we could.

[00:03:45] Absolutely. I was driving so I only had a drink or two, you know. Yeah. I wasn't trying to fuck around. Joey. Absolutely. Try to find out any way to stay out. He got drunk. He got real drunk. And he was drinking that Mad Dog, you know, real cheap and all that. So we get back home. You know, my mom's pissed. She can tell, you know, how did you do that? You know, we're getting the drill sergeant routine. You know, my mom was in the army. So, you know, we're getting that. And it was so funny because I was so confused. That'll start me up super quick.

[00:04:15] Oh, yeah, for real. Like I said, I only had a couple. Like I told her, I was like, look, I had like two like Pepsi and whiskeys or whatever they had at the party. You know, I was just like, what you got? You know, whatever. I was like, I'm fine. I'm legit. Like, you know, really, I was probably trying to stay so, you know, I could try to hug up with some girl or whatever. But like, you know, we just didn't want to come home. But so she's sitting there giving us, you know, whatever. I was confused because she also used to go like, there's a time and place for everything. It's called college.

[00:04:44] But except for those three months when I was home for the summer, she's still my rules again. You ain't 21 yet. So, you know, she wow. But that was that. That is pretty funny, though, because I know I. Even the first first semester, well, first summer home, you know, come in. It was maybe 3 a.m. I was like, what the fuck you doing coming at 3 a.m.? You come in our house at 3 a.m.? I mean, the rest of the nine months. I mean, you don't know what I'm doing.

[00:05:13] So, I mean, technically. Yeah, but you're in our house right now. So, at least come in at midnight then. Right. Yeah. Well, I was like, nine months out of the year, you don't know when I come in. So, I didn't. It was hilarious because I remember that first semester, that winter break called going home for Christmas. Mom picked me up at the airport. We're driving home. And she'd just make conversations. She goes, so, have you tried drinking? You know, have you drunk? And I'm like, no, no. She's like, you can tell me there's a time and place for everything.

[00:05:43] She used to say it all the time. There's a time and place for everything. It's called college. You're supposed to experiment, you know, as long as you're reasonable. You're dumb shit. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. And so, you know, we talked about it. I was like, yeah, of course. You know, I went to a party, you know, blah, blah, blah, all that stuff. And she was cool with it. She was like, okay, you know, just, you know, hey, don't, you know, give me the rules. Don't end up in jail. You know, don't. Yeah. Don't be stupid. Yeah. What's that? I don't know if you've seen that.

[00:06:09] It kind of became a meme, but it's this one mom giving her kids and their friends a speech. And she's like, okay, here are the rules. Like, do not end up in jail. Do not add to the population. Do not subtract from the population. I was like, yeah, that's basically it. Yeah. So funny. But so we're getting here. Go fast. We're back to this party. She's giving us a third degree. My boy, Joey, he'd been drinking that mad dog all night. And he's just wobbling, wobbling. And she looks at him. What is wrong with you? He's like, oh, nothing. I have to use the bathroom.

[00:06:39] So he goes. Yeah, exactly. We can hear. It's a thing, you know, thin ass walls. This, you know, old apartment we grew up in. He gets out. What were you drinking? He tells her mad dog. And all of a sudden her face like changes. She goes from being mad to laughing her ass off and starts giving him shit for throwing up off a mad dog. Like, it was hilarious. She's like, what? You couldn't afford Boone's Farm? I was like, God damn.

[00:07:09] She was just giving it to him. And like, that made the whole thing better. She just laughed. It was like, all right, you idiots. Go to sleep. Go to sleep. Yeah. Don't do that shit again. The bad thing about mad dog is the headache it gives you the next day. No words. Headache of all time. Yeah. And that neon throw up too. And all the flavors taste exactly the same. It doesn't matter what color you have. There's no difference. That's true. Yeah. Oh, man.

[00:59:09] Real good for you this week? Well. Um. Um. This week was. It was all right. Um. But you know. We're about to go on vacation. On Tuesday. We're headed down to our. Annual family reunion. For my white side of the family. Alabama. So we'll be down there for. About 10 days. We got a little Airbnb in Northport. So. Nice. Hanging out. Do some stuff. Um. You know. I. You know. People like. Why do you.

[00:59:39] Why do you always go to Alabama? I don't know. We just like. I don't know. It's just something. I don't know. It feels like home still. Something. You know. Even though. Of course. It's so much different than when we were there. But you know. When you go back. It's like. Something crazy every year. Yeah. See what these kids. Man. These dorms. Are amazing. Compared to what we had. They are so. Ha. Uh. But you know. The best time. In Tuscaloosa.

[01:00:08] It was always a summer man. It was quiet. You know. When I lived there. After college. That was always my favorite time of year. It was a summer man. Most of the students gone. It was a little quieter. Yeah. Drink for cheap. Mm-hmm. Yeah. You know. Like I said. I don't know how much of that's changed now. But. Uh. You know. I tell you. When I. The one summer I did. Summer school. Yeah. I liked it. Because it was slower. But it was still super fun. Mm-hmm. Yeah.

[01:00:38] Yeah. It was like slower and chill. But it wasn't completely dead. Uh. Yeah. There's still people there. Yeah. Um. It was nice. Um. Yeah. I don't think anything's deader though. Than the winter in Tuscaloosa. When everybody goes home on the weekend. Oh. You're not. When you're not. You know. Everybody goes home. And you're kind of like. And when you're not from around there. You're like. Well. Uh. What am I gonna do? Guess I'll play more PlayStation. Yeah. Right. Yeah. Yeah. Time to get a girlfriend. No.

[01:01:13] I have a. What's not done up real good. This week. Look. Real. Mosquitoes need to chill. Yeah. They are. Tearing me up. They're tearing my son up. They're tearing me up. This year. They. Y'all need to chill. It's not fun. Yeah. My wife joked. We went to. It was one of our neighbors. Little kids. First birthday. You know. So they had a little thing. We went over there for it. My wife was joking. We're one of the neighbors. Because they made a. You know. They're like. Oh man. The mosquitoes got to them. And she's like. I know.

[01:01:41] I'm so worried that child service is gonna come take them. Because his poor little legs are just. Yeah. We got. Got welts. Welts. And whoops. Yeah. Exactly. And he's scratching. And there's gotta be some. We're trying to find some stuff to do. There's gotta be one in the house. Because you know. You know. We'll give him a nice bath in Epsom salt at night. You know. We'll. Mm-hmm. Rove him down with some. You know. Benadryl cream. Stuff like that. You know. Make him. So he doesn't itch him too bad. And he'll wake up in the morning. And you'll be. Okay. These are looking better. Da da da. And all of a sudden. You have to see another big welt. And you're like. Where?

[01:02:11] Where? Well yeah. Where is he? Where is this? Yeah. Yeah. So yeah. So. That's my thing for this week. Y'all mosquitoes need to. Just chill. Chill out. Yeah. Go up the street a little bit. Exactly. Yeah man. Go. Go. Go down the block. Go. Go to the. Yeah. There's other kids out there. There's other people to bother. There's a bunch of bars down. Go down to the bars. Get people sitting on the patio outside. Exactly.
