Taking It Down is one day later than usual, but no less show for you! Adam and Blaine are back to talk about the previous week’s episode of the The Challenge and mourn the loss of a great competitor from this season (2:12). They briefly talk some news, including the infamous Snyder Cut version of Justice League (14:04) as well as the upcoming HBO show Perry Mason (18:20). Then they do a deep dive into the first two episodes of the powerful, new drama I Know This Much Is True (19:16).
After the break, it’s a lighter fare with Hulu’s excellent new show The Great, which stars Elle Fanning and Nicholas Hoult (35:54).
