Taking It Down Podcast 56 – College Bowls, Resolutions, and Pixar’s Soul

Give it a listen with the player above or via your favorite podcast app!

It’s a new year! Taking It Down comes in hot with some talk about what we’ll do if we ever get vaccinated for COVID-19 (1:04), which may include attending some football games. We start with Hugh Freeze somehow, but we get around to discussions and hilarity of many of the college football bowl games (5:57). Then the three give their thoughts on resolutions in general (16:46) before pinpointing some of 2021’s more promising pop culture (24:54).

After the break, it’s a breakdown of Soul from Pixar over on Disney Plus that begins with what is it that Blaine can’t get past with animation (32:13). To wrap the show, the guys give their favorite Pixar movies (49:41).

Something is odd about this week’s poster…

Taking It Down (and The Alabama Take in general) love pop culture and enjoy bringing you our thoughts.
