Here we go! Natalie joins the group this week, and thank goodness: she explains why she never watched Better Call Saul (2:27), why she deserves the Done Up Real Good Listener of the Week award (3:22), and how we’re wrong for not talking about both Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings franchises (4:22). She also lends her distinct viewpoints on the fourth episode of Moon Knight (8:07) and she elaborates on her issues with Batman’s costume as we break down the movie The Batman (13:45).
After the break, Blaine and Donovan dive deep into why The Northman didn’t hit like it should’ve (32:46).

Have to agree with Blaine on The Batman – three hours was way too long.
Never been a huge fan of the superhero genre, with the lone exception of Batman. Jury’s still out on Pattinson, though. The English actor playing the brooding, angst-ridden Dark Knight worked with Christian Bale, but Pattinson just doesn’t strike me as the superhero type (even though Batman is perhaps the only superhero who lacks an actual super power, unless you count basic ass-kicking and use of neat gadgets).

I liked Pattinson, but I think it’s okay for Bruce Wayne to smile every now and then!
