Half the time, I'm 50% correct.

Alabama at Ole Miss (+12) -- This Bama team looks like whiners, the first set since 2007. There are two true leaders, and I'll let you guess who they are. The coaching is likely looking at an extreme overhaul. These spoiled brats likely won't play up to a standard without a championship to think about, and Lane Kiffin has been itching like hell to beat his buddy, Nick Saban. Ole Miss outright wins this, and if we did four bets, I'd also take the Over (65).

LSU at Arkansas (+3.5) -- This is just how college football works. One team gets a huge win in overtime, expends all their physical and emotional energy, then travels the next weekend and doesn't have much left in the tank. Home dogs, and the Razorbacks get a big win to help their recent slide.

Kansas at Texas Tech (-3.5) -- Another thing you can commonly bank on in college football is that a team with low expectations exceeds those early then loses a lot of games in the back half. That's Kansas. Texas Tech has more to play for and should win by a couple of touchdowns.

NFL Game of the Week: Browns at Dolphins (-3.5) -- With Tua back for the last several weeks, the Dolphins have been steady. They'll get their fourth win in a row this weekend at home, though I'm not crazy about that extra 0.5 of a point on there. I'll take it anyway.

OK gambling gods, message received, I'll I'll stop bitching about 2-2 weeks. Punishment for picking Tennessee, I suppose. So it goes, time to rebound.

Friday Night Special: Colorado at USC (-34) -- It's a big line, for sure, and the USC defense doesn't exactly inspire confidence. But the Buffs are maybe the worst team in FBS, and USC's offense should drop half a hundred easy -- they've only scored less than 40 twice this season.

Iowa State at Oklahoma State (+1.5) -- The Cowboys have hit a skid after their hot start, losing three of four, including two straight blowout losses. But I like them to bounce back at home against the Cyclones, who've disappointed this season.

TCU (+7.5) at Texas -- I'm sorry, what? I know Sark has got the Longhorns in a better place, and their offense is dangerous with Quinn Ewers and Bijan Robinson, but that's just disrespectful to the Horned Frogs. TCU's offense is one of, if not THE best offense in the country. Texas' defense isn't exactly 2011 Alabama out there. Sure, Texas could win -- TCU has the pressure of the CFP race on their shoulders, after all -- but I just refuse to believe Texas is a touchdown better.

NFL Game of the WeekVikings (+3) at Bills -- Minnesota is playing as well as anybody in the NFL right now, and Josh Allen might not play due to an injury to his throwing arm. I wouldn't be surprised if Buffalo decided to rest Allen to preserve that golden arm for the stretch run.
